Over 30 years of experience in the arts and computer industry contribute to the vision expressed in my work: this includes music, photography, sculpture, and interactive software design. Technical experience includes research and medical photography, advertising photography, multimedia design and production, and complex web application development. Currently living in Northfield, Minnesota.

Independent software producer
Provided software creative direction and production for clients that included Allied Signal, Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, John Deere, and Netscape Communications. Developed software to explain new technology as well as designed and developed software user interfaces for complex web applications.
Free-lance commercial photographer
Managed and operated all aspects of a free-lance photography business serving national and regional advertising and corporate clients that included Apple Computer, Mattel Electronics, Taylor Guitars, T.M. Cobb.
Medical photographer UCSD Medical Center
Photographed surgical and experimental procedures for physicians' use in journal papers, research, and teaching that included organ transplants, Life Flight procedures, and emergency room trauma cases.
Bioengineering research photographer UCSD
Developed custom photographic equipment and techniques for quantitative studies of the blood vessels on the surface of the eye of human patients.
